Qualifications

• Digital ecommerce experience or strong interest in ecommerce trading.
• Proven trading experience and financial acumen.
• Ability to analyse, interpret, and articulate financial performance.
• Understanding of performance marketing and trading levers.
• Strong stakeholder management and confidence in engaging with peers and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day trading of specific ecommerce categories on boots.com.
• Build understanding of category drivers, market context, and roadmap.
• Drive revenue and customer growth aligned with Boots.com's objectives.
• Support development initiatives including new launches and trading proposals.
• Ensure categories are traded legally and safely online while meeting KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third parties, including product suppliers.
