Boots, Nottingham, is seeking an Assistant E-commerce Manager - Wellness on a fixed-term, full-time basis. You will own day-to-day trading performance for assigned categories on boots.com, driving revenue, margin and market share while ensuring compliant online trading.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, translate insights into action, and shape strategic online initiatives. This role offers visibility and growth within Boots' ecommerce team.

Qualifications

• Proven trading experience with strong financial acumen.
• Ability to analyse and explain performance metrics effectively.
• Understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
• Confidence in using data and insights to shape strategic plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day trading performance of your categories across boots.com.
• Use insights and category knowledge to improve conversion rates and support customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure robust support for your categories.
• Ensure legal and safe online trading within your categories while meeting key KPIs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on development projects, capturing business requirements effectively.
• Monitor and analyse trading performance, providing actionable insights to enhance results.
