Boots.com is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Assistant to shape how categories are presented online, driving revenue and customer engagement within the Healthcare team. This permanent, full-time role in Nottingham focuses on trading decisions and supporting the digital strategy.

You will work with stakeholders and suppliers to optimise performance, launch new products, and ensure online trading remains compliant while meeting KPIs. Boots values growth, flexibility, and customer-centric trading.

What you'll be doing

As an Ecommerce Trading Assistant within the Boots.com Healthcare team, you will play a vital role in shaping how specific categories are presented on boots.com. Your contributions will directly impact revenue growth and customer engagement, ensuring that our online offerings meet the needs of our customers. This role is essential for driving Boots.com's digital strategy and supporting our ambitions in the competitive ecommerce landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day trading of specific ecommerce categories on boots.com.
• Building an understanding of category drivers, market context, and immediate roadmap.
• Driving revenue and customer growth in alignment with Boots.com's objectives.
• Supporting development initiatives, including new launches and trading proposals.
• Ensuring categories are traded legally and safely online while meeting KPIs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and third parties, including product suppliers.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

• Digital experience in an ecommerce role or a strong interest in ecommerce with trading experience.
• Proven trading experience and financial acumen.
• Ability to analyse, interpret, and articulate financial performance.
• Understanding of performance marketing and trading levers that influence online performance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in engaging with peers and third parties.
