Job summary

Boots is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Lead for its Nottingham on-site team. You will manage daily trading performance across Boots categories on boots.com, driving revenue and market share while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Your insights will shape our growth strategy in a dynamic digital retail landscape. The role requires strong financial acumen, data-driven decision making, and excellent stakeholder management.

What you'll be doing

As the Ecommerce Trading Lead at Boots, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how customers engage with our categories online. You will be responsible for the day-to-day trading performance of your categories on boots.com, driving revenue and market share while ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your insights and commercial mindset will directly influence our growth strategy as we adapt to the evolving digital landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day trading performance of your categories across boots.com.
• Drive revenue, profit, and market share through effective online trading decisions.
• Analyse category and market drivers to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support category performance.
