Boots is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Lead for its Nottingham on-site team. You will manage daily trading performance across Boots categories on boots.com, driving revenue and market share while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven trading experience with strong financial acumen.
• Ability to analyse, interpret, and explain performance metrics.
• Understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work outside normal office hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day trading performance of Boots categories on boots.com.
• Drive revenue, profit, and market share through online trading decisions.
• Analyse category and market drivers to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support category performance.
• Ensure legal and safe online trading practices for your categories.
• Act as a subject matter expert on development projects, capturing business requirements.
