As the Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day ecommerce operations by improving user experience and enhancing the online platform in line with brand equity.


The client has major growth ambitions, and as the Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our expansion. Your responsibilities include driving data-led improvements to the website, focusing on areas such as SEO, CRO, Bounce Rate, and Site Navigation to create a seamless customer journey.


Your skills and experience needed:

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical web analytics, with a proven track record in designing A/B and MVT tests from hypothesis to implementation, testing, results, and development.
  2. Solid understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  3. Excellent knowledge of ecommerce platforms, ideally Shopify.
  4. Working knowledge of tagging and tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager.
  5. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and how to influence it.
  6. Ability to think strategically while being hands-on and detail-oriented.
