My client is a luxury fashion brand based in central London, offering a great opportunity for a hands-on, social media-focused, and fashion-passionate individual to join their team as a Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager. Operating on a remote working model, you will be responsible for their digital marketing and ecommerce operations.
Key responsibilities include managing social content across all brand platforms, understanding social channel metrics, and engaging with communities on Instagram through comments and messages.
You should have knowledge of PPC, budget management, and ROI reporting. Experience in managing external digital marketing agencies, using Klaviyo or other ECRM platforms, creating on-brand graphics, copy, and video edits for organic and paid social content, and developing social content strategies to boost engagement and sales is essential.
We are seeking candidates with strong Shopify experience, ability to analyze customer journeys, and implement UX improvements. Experience with stock management systems like Zedonk, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including moving images), creating product descriptions, web graphics, and homepage videos aligned with the marketing calendar are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be highly creative and analytical, capable of producing engaging email campaigns with compelling copy, graphics, and moving images.
