About the Role

As the E-commerce Specialist at Skin Cupid, you'll be integral to advancing our e-commerce strategy, spearheading initiatives to strengthen our digital presence and cement our leadership in the skincare market. Drawing on your expertise in e-commerce operations, you'll design and execute strategies that drive growth, enhance engagement, and optimize the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals, focusing on increasing sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
2. Website Management: Oversee the daily management of the company’s e-commerce website. Implement and monitor on-site promotions, category updates, and SEO optimizations. Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign results to recommend improvements.
3. Project Leadership: Lead and implement large-scale projects such as website redesigns, optimizations, and new feature deployments.
4. Customer Experience: Use web analytics tools to understand customer behaviors. Provide insights and implement website changes to improve the customer journey.
5. Sales Optimization: Identify opportunities to increase average order value, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and personalization strategies.
6. Marketplace Management: Support listing, updating, and optimizing product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance, traffic, and sales data. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management.
8. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including web developers, payment processors, and shipping partners.
9. Compliance: Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with all relevant regulations, including data protection and consumer rights.
10. Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the beauty industry.
11. Proficiency with Shopify, CMS, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing tools. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
12. Strong analytical skills with experience using various tools and dashboards.
13. Experience running and analyzing A/B tests and personalization campaigns.
14. Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
15. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
16. Good understanding of marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.
17. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges professionally.
18. Excellent attention to detail.
19. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
