Job summary

Merlin Entertainments in London, Arbor is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the digital performance of our Short Breaks and hotel offerings across web and app platforms.

Reporting to the Direct Sales Director, you'll be responsible for optimising the end-to-end online booking experience, ensuring our hotel packages, pricing, content, and campaigns are delivered seamlessly and achieve strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, digital trading or similar commercial digital role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience producing reports and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of web analytics platforms, conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience managing website content, campaigns and digital merchandising activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital performance of Short Breaks and hotel offerings across web and app platforms.
• Optimise end-to-end online booking experience, pricing, content and campaigns to deliver strong commercial results.
• Work with Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Paid Media and Digital Performance teams to improve customer journeys and maximise online revenue.
