A European online marketplace is looking for an eCommerce Manager to grow their French market. The company connects customers with a network of hundreds of local producers across 31 countries, offering a wide range of products including apparel, promotional items, packaging, and photo products.

Please note, you must be fluent in French. This role will be based in the Netherlands.

As the eCommerce Manager, you will:

• Design a comprehensive eCommerce strategy tailored to the EU market, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Monitor conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value, using insights to inform strategy adjustments.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer journey.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimise website functionality, user experience, and promotional effectiveness.

You will need the following skillsets:

• Minimum 3 years eCommerce, with a proven track record in the French retail sector.
• Deep understanding of French consumer behaviour, eCommerce trends, and competitive landscape.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, capable of translating data into actionable strategies.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term plans while adapting to short-term market changes.
