I am looking for an excellent E-commerce Manager to join a leading global supplier of quality residential greenhouses. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a commercial mindset and is driven by technical knowledge and data insight into the market. You will be able to spot and react to changes in the market as and when they happen to ensure the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to integrate campaigns & offerings to continue to improve the online customer experience.
• Manage the online shop, which consists of 3 websites.
• Manage the online shop based on customer behaviour.
• Monitor website traffic to gain insights into consumer responses to site updates and new product introductions.
• Have experience in D2C retail, with the customer's experience at the heart of what you do.
• Optimize SEO to ensure the websites remain high in relevant searches and attract more visits.
• Develop, implement, and execute a successful E-commerce strategy to align with business goals.
