A rare opportunity to join one of the world’s most prestigious luxury fragrance houses as they enter a new phase of international digital growth. We are seeking an experienced and commercially savvy E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of the brand’s global online business. The successful candidate will drive digital revenue, enhance the customer journey, and ensure the online experience reflects the excellence and refinement the house is known for.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal role with full responsibility for e-commerce performance, platform optimisation, CRM, and digital trading. You’ll be empowered to shape the brand’s digital presence across international markets and lead initiatives to elevate performance and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global e-commerce strategy across all owned platforms.
  • Own day-to-day site management and ensure the brand’s luxury positioning is reflected in every digital touchpoint.
  • Manage trading calendars, campaign execution, and digital merchandising.
  • Partner with tech, creative, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional online experience.
  • Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to drive personalisation, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
  • Deliver actionable insights through regular performance reporting.

About You

  • Minimum 4 years' e-commerce experience in luxury, beauty, or premium consumer goods.
  • Proven success in driving D2C performance, increasing AOV, and improving conversion rates.
  • Deep understanding of luxury digital retail and customer behaviour.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify and tools like GA4.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
  • Passionate about luxury and committed to delivering best-in-class digital experiences.
