Job description

You will lead our e-commerce operations and strategy, playing a crucial role in driving organizational growth across Byellies' site. This role involves managing our online store, optimizing sales funnels, and collaborating with various departments to ensure an exceptional online shopping experience. It requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

  1. Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing in the online store.
  2. Regularly update product information, images, and descriptions to ensure accuracy, appeal, and consistency.
  3. Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
  4. Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  5. Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot issues with the e-commerce platform, including technical problems and user experience challenges.
  6. Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  7. Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure seamless customer service, high satisfaction, and quick issue resolution through the online store.
  8. Analyze data from Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other tools to monitor site traffic and customer behavior.
  9. Track and report e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI on digital marketing campaigns.
  10. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  11. Be an expert in Shopify and knowledgeable about TikTok digital marketing strategies.
  12. Have expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  13. Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools.
  14. Possess excellent analytical skills and proficiency with CRM software and MS Excel.
  15. Understand UX/UI principles and their impact on online sales.
  16. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  17. Have solid communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  18. Maintain an analytical mindset to derive actionable insights from data.
  19. Be familiar with e-commerce trends such as personalization, chatbots, or AI-driven shopping experiences.
  20. Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  21. Have a strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management in an e-commerce setting.
  22. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user testing.
  23. Knowledge of web development and CMS platforms for custom e-commerce solutions.
  24. Possess strong financial acumen for managing e-commerce budgets and sales forecasts.
  25. Manage global e-commerce strategies to develop our EU, US, and ME sites.

Requirements:

  • Work 4 hours a day, 2 days a week.
  • Short-term contract for 2 months, with potential for extension.
  • Flexible hours.
