Job summary

Elite Executive Recruitment is seeking a hands-on eCommerce Lead for a growing UK eCommerce business. You will own the digital customer experience, design and content, reporting to the Head of Ecommerce and mentoring a Design & Content Apprentice.

The role covers UX, UI, content, email campaigns and digital creative with scope to improve and shape the function. Strong portfolio and commercial impact are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong eCommerce and digital design experience.
• UX/UI experience with a portfolio demonstrating commercial results.
• Figma experience and ideally exposure to Magento 2 or another enterprise eCommerce platform.
• Strong copywriting and content experience.
• Email marketing/design experience.
• An understanding of analytics, CRO and customer behaviour.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Experience mentoring or developing junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Improve website UX, design and conversion across key customer journeys.
• Create digital designs and prototypes using Figma.
• Use GA4, Clarity and testing tools to understand customer behaviour and improve performance.
• Create website content, commercial copy and longer-form content.
• Design email campaigns and reusable templates.
• Produce creative for social, paid media and wider digital channels.
• Develop a consistent design system across Figma and Canva.
• Keep creative and content commercially focused and on brand.
• Mentor and support a junior team member.
