Job summary
Elite Executive Recruitment is seeking a hands-on eCommerce Lead to own the digital customer experience, design and content for an established online business. The role covers UX, UI, content, email and digital creative, with scope to shape the digital function and drive commercial results.
You’ll report to the Head of Ecommerce, collaborate with Ecommerce, Product and Commercial teams, and mentor a Design & Content Apprentice.
Qualifications
- Hands-on eCommerce and digital design experience.
- Portfolio showing commercial results across UX/UI and content.
- Experience with Figma and Magento 2 or similar enterprise eCommerce.
- Strong copywriting and content experience across digital channels.
- Email marketing/design experience.
- Understanding analytics, CRO and customer behaviour.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Experience mentoring juniors.
Responsibilities
- Improve website UX, design and conversion across key journeys.
- Create digital designs and prototypes using Figma.
- Use GA4 and Clarity to analyse behavior and improve performance.
- Create website content and longer-form content.
- Design email campaigns and reusable templates.
- Produce creative for social, paid media and digital channels.
- Develop a design system across Figma and Canva.
- Keep creative and content on-brand and commercially focused.
- Mentor and support a junior team member.
