Job summary

Finnmark Sauna is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the UK site and drive performance, content updates, and UX improvements. You’ll collaborate with in-house teams and external partners, while playing a hands-on role in content, site changes, and project work.

The role focuses on UK site governance with an eye on European expansion, using data-driven decisions to optimise conversion and user experience.

Qualifications

5+ years managing or running a high-performance eCommerce site.
3+ years hands-on Shopify experience.
Experience with internationalisation and multi-region stores.
Strong understanding of UX, analytics, CRO, and customer journeys.
Proficient IT skills and ability to execute independently.

Responsibilities

Owns UK Shopify site and supports EU site growth.
Upload and manage content, products, collections, pages, and metadata.
Improve conversion and reduce friction through UX improvements.
Coordinate with dev agency, freelancers, and SEO/content teams.
Analyse analytics data (GA, Search Console, Shopify reports) to drive decisions.
Oversee taxonomy and navigation for intuitive journeys.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, CS, and logistics to align priorities.
Lead EU site launch and growth initiatives.
