Job summary

Davines Group is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to develop the UK e-commerce strategy and grow our salon professional brand online across the UK. You will strengthen the brand's digital presence by managing e-commerce channels, optimizing Shopify+, and coordinating with global teams to deliver measurable results.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will lead paid media, SEO, and conversion initiatives, own the P&L for the UK website, and drive initiatives that enhance customer

Qualifications

• High competency of Google Analytics.
• E-Commerce Store Management (3 years+).
• Strong knowledge of SEO.
• Advertising strategies (display/programmatic/social).
• Shopify Experience 3 Years+.
• Team player, can work under own initiative, high achiever.
• Clear communication skills, highly motivational and enthusiastic.
• Analytical, a keen eye for attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build an E-commerce Strategy for the UK and manage all aspects of growing the UK online store including SEO and paid media advertising strategy.
• Lead with Marketing Manager on launches of new products with Global team.
• Own the P&L for the website including paid media and budgeting.
• Lead planning and managing agencies across paid digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with UK Marketing Manager on campaigns and social media.
• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations within Shopify+ and optimize site performance.
