Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking an Ecommerce Fulfilment Team Member in the South Molton area to join a busy online dispatch team. You will help ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently, supporting a smooth online shopping experience.

This temporary role (3 months) is part-time with 22.5 hours per week on a rota basis, reporting to Claire Ogden and working with warehouse, yard, shop floor and Head Office teams.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately from the eCommerce Fulfilment warehouse, and collecting picked goods from the store location when needed
• Packing orders using suitable packaging to ensure items arrive safely
• Dispatching orders using automated or manual consigning systems
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and replenishing pick locations
• Receiving and putting away deliveries correctly
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and sharing feedback to improve processes
• Supporting health and safety standards, good housekeeping, and best practice

Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Ecommerce Fulfilment Team Member to join our busy online dispatch team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help make sure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, playing a key part in delivering a smooth and reliable online shopping experience.

About The Role
