Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Frome is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to join our Retail team on a permanent part-time basis. You will work 25 hours per week on a rota, earning £10.85–£12.71 per hour, with benefits including our pension, staff discount, and free parking.

You’ll help customers find products, offer expert advice, promote offers, support sales targets, and ensure a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in customer service and retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time

Hours of Work: 25 Hours per week, working on a rota basis

As a Customer Experience Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our store — helping customers find the right products, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming environment. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver a high-quality retail experience, support sales targets, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
