Mole Valley Farmers Limited in South Molton is seeking an Ecommerce Fulfilment Team Member to join our busy online dispatch team. You will help ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, supporting a smooth and reliable online shopping experience.

This temporary, part-time role offers 22.5 hours per week on a rota basis, with pay £10.85–£12.71 per hour and the chance to develop in a fast-paced warehouse environment while upholding GDPR and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately from the eCommerce Fulfilment warehouse, and collecting picked goods from the store location when needed.
• Packing orders using suitable packaging to ensure items arrive safely.
• Dispatching orders using automated or manual consigning systems.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and replenishing pick locations.
• Receiving and putting away deliveries correctly.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and sharing feedback to improve processes.
• Supporting health and safety standards, good housekeeping, and best practice.

Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Ecommerce Fulfilment Team Member to join our busy online dispatch team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help make sure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, playing a key part in delivering a smooth and reliable online shopping experience.

About The Role

Contract: Temporary (3 Months)

Hours: Part-time

Hours of Work: 22.5 Hours per week, working on a rota basis

As an Ecommerce Fulfilment Team Member, you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the warehouse, yard, shop floor, and Head Office teams. You’ll help maintain accurate stock levels, support daily order processing, and contribute to a well‑organised, safe, and customer-focused operation.
