Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Liskeard is seeking a proactive Stock Team Member (Stock Replenisher) to keep our shop floor well-stocked and organized, delivering a great customer experience. This part-time role supports stock and sales teams to ensure availability and accurate records.

Permanent contract, 22 hours per week on a rota, with duties including stock movements, deliveries, and keeping shelves tidy.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, warehousing, or stock handling (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
• Good IT skills and confidence using systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards

Responsibilities

• Moving stock from store to shop floor using picking lists
• Processing direct-to-shop deliveries promptly and accurately
• Supporting stock file accuracy and updating records
• Assisting with stocktaking and investigating discrepancies
• Helping maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop environment
• Providing cover at the Point of Sale when needed

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Team Member (Stock Replenisher) to help keep our shop floor well-stocked, organised, and ready to deliver a great customer experience. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time

Hours of Work: 22 Hours per week, working on a rota basis

As a Stock Replenisher, you’ll play a key role in maintaining product availability and supporting smooth store operations. You’ll work closely with the Stock and Sales Teams to ensure shelves are stocked, deliveries are processed, and stock records are accurate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Moving stock from store to shop floor using picking lists
• Processing direct-to-shop deliveries promptly and accurately

About You
