Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Frome is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Customer Experience Team Member to help customers find the right products, offer expert advice, and create a welcoming store environment.

This part-time role covers Saturdays with 6 hours per week, offering a pension, staff discounts, free parking, and training opportunities as you contribute to sales targets and high service standards.

We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Team Member. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time

Hours of Work: 6 Hours per week, working Saturday

As a Customer Experience Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our store — helping customers find the right products, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming environment. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver a high-quality retail experience, support sales targets, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.

Key responsibilities include:
