Job summary
Bauer Media Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Data Programme Manager to coordinate and deliver a portfolio of data initiatives across markets and lines of business. You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure governance, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery.
The role requires coordinating multiple data/technology workstreams in a complex, multi-market environment, building strong relationships, and driving delivery on business
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex technology, data, or digital programmes.
- Ability to govern programmes, manage budgets, risks, dependencies and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management across senior levels and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of commercial data, analytics, and data governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and coordination of commercial data initiatives, aligning with Bauer's priorities.
- Define objectives, roadmaps, milestones, and success measures with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters to align plans with delivery.
- Governance of budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and suppliers.
- Provide updates to senior leadership and governance forums.
- Represent the Commercial Data Programme at steering committees.
