Ecommerce Coordinator (Entry level) - 6 month FTC - OFFICE BASED (ESSEX)

Futures are partnering with a leading player in the FMCG sector, dedicated to providing high-quality and innovative products to consumers worldwide. This business supply throughout UK, Europe and the Far East and Middle East, they have experienced excellent growth over the past few years, with a current turnover of £40m and a team of 100+ employees.

Due to their online growth, they are looking for an Ecommerce Executive - 6 month FTC.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the FMCG industry and eager to kick start their career in eCommerce.

As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will...

• Collect and organise product data required for online listings on Amazon and eBay.
• Assist in enriching product pages with accurate information, bullet points, features, dimensions, and images.
• Ensure product listings meet platform-specific guidelines and quality standards.
• Help shape and execute brand identity for our leading ranges.
• Assist in developing landing pages for individual brands under their umbrella.
• Support ideas to improve how consumers interact with our own website and D2C offerings.

What will you need?

• Experience working with Amazon or eBay listings.
• An interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and social media.
• Confidence using TikTok and Instagram (and appearing in videos when needed).
• Strong attention to detail when working with product information.
• Understanding of brand marketing or consumer website content.
• Awareness of direct-to-consumer strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, and Abode.
