WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Ecology Resource Manager to partner with senior stakeholders, optimise resource allocation across a diverse project portfolio, and help develop the capability needed to support future growth.

You will embed resource planning best practice, balance workforce demand and capacity across UK and India teams, and use data-driven insights to guide staffing decisions that deliver client outcomes and sustainable performance.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project resourcing.
  • Experience partnering with managers and senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • The ability to interpret workforce data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Embed resource management best practice across the business.
  • Balance workforce demand and capacity across UK and India teams.
  • Use workforce data, commercial insight and stakeholder relationships to inform decisions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to optimise deployment and client outcomes.
  • Support resource planning for bids, proposals and new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to governance of resourcing processes and tools.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
