• Resource Planning & Optimisation across the Nature Services Business Unit.
• Monitor workload, utilisation and demand for optimal deployment of talent.
• Support resource levelling across UK and India-based teams.
• Deliver resource optimisation initiatives aligning with performance and client outcomes.
• Contribute to governance, processes, tools and ongoing development.
• Strategic Workforce Planning to forecast capabilities and future skills.
• Provide insights on capacity, gaps and succession opportunities.
• Support short, medium and long-term workforce planning activities.
• Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Assist mobilisation of major projects and pursuit of new business opportunities.
