• Monitor workload, utilisation and demand to ensure optimal deployment.
• Support resource levelling across UK and India-based teams.
• Deliver resource optimisation initiatives to support performance.
• Develop resource management processes, tools and governance.
• Strategic workforce planning across current and future needs.
• Provide insight on capability gaps and succession planning.
• Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Support bids, proposals and new business opportunities.
• Mobilise major projects with available resources.
