Assistant Manager Role

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in managing daily operations and team leadership. We seek individuals eager to progress, with potential to advance to Store Manager within 3-6 months through enhanced training. We value proactive individuals who aim to make Greens one of the best convenience stores nationally.

• Lead and develop a team to deliver excellent customer service
• Create a positive working environment
• Engage with the local community and host events
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring high standards
• Recruit, mentor, train staff, and plan shifts
• Drive the store’s growth and meet KPIs
• Maintain health & safety standards and operational procedures

Managers work a minimum of 40 hours across 5 days, including evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling to meet store needs.
