Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Edinburgh
Basic Salary: GBP 24,042 per annum; Permanent 35-hour contract (OT available)
OTE: Between GBP 34,000 and GBP 40,000+
Shift and schedule: Trading hours are 9:30 am - 6:30 pm Monday to Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday; 9:30 am - 7:00 pm Thursday; 11:00 am - 5:30 pm Sunday. 5-7 day working pattern.
