Your new company is a highly ambitious and rapidly growing financial service SME based in Bury.
Your new role
In your new role as Financial Controller, you will lead and develop the finance function to deliver detailed and timely financial information to senior stakeholders, including the board. This information will cover management accounts, KPI's, risk reporting and any other ad hoc reporting supporting the senior management team. You'll need to have extensive experience with continuous improvement of processes which will directly impact the financial performance of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and you'll be experienced in people development and performance management. You will have previously managed a financial function and been responsible for delivering management accounts to tight deadlines. You will have the ability to business-partner with non-financial colleagues and drive the message about how their inputs directly impact the finance function. You will have a strong knowledge of financial standards and statutory reporting. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial.
