Head of Sales
Newark, Full Time, Permanent
Basic salary up to 60,000, OTE 85,000

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to join a thriving and busy sales team. You will be responsible for managing and developing the sales team as well as forming part of the Senior Leadership team.

THE ROLE
  • Leading and developing the sales team
  • Ensuring sales targets are set and achieved
  • Providing strategic and operational advice to the board
  • Analysing team performance and driving continuous improvement
  • Maintaining a high-performance culture across the sales team
  • Ensuring compliance, FCA accreditation, and training needs are met across the sales team
  • Managing day-to-day operations and dealing with complex issues as needed
THE CANDIDATE
  • Strong automotive background in a managerial role
  • Ability to develop and coach individuals to a high standard
  • Proven track record in leading a sales team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities for profitability and growth
