Job Opportunity: Service Advisor in Salisbury, Wiltshire

We are partnering with a Motor Garage in the Salisbury area of Wiltshire that is actively seeking a Service Advisor to join their friendly team.

Job Details

• Position: Motor Vehicle Service Advisor
• Total Hours per Week: 47.5
• Working Hours: 8:00 – 18:30, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis
• Salary: £28,000 per annum plus uncapped bonuses, with an OTE of £34,000

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding required service and repair work
• Advise on estimated costs and work timelines
• Recommend additional products tailored to customer needs
• Manage job cards and update customer and vehicle records using the in-house system
• Document warranty work per manufacturer policies
• Prepare and complete invoices

Candidate Requirements

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a motor garage environment (passenger cars, commercial vehicles, HGV, or LCV)
• Full driving license

Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintain high standards of courtesy and professionalism, and excel in building customer rapport. Confidence in upselling and delivering excellent CSI results is essential.
