Yolk Recruitment is seeking an experienced e-Billing Analyst to join a growing international professional services organisation. Hybrid working options offer flexibility as you support the end-to-end e-Billing process across multiple offices and jurisdictions.

You will manage billing processes, resolve invoice queries, and train stakeholders on e-Billing platforms, ensuring accurate submissions and compliance with billing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within legal billing (essential)
• Strong knowledge of e-Billing platforms and legal finance systems
• Understanding of billing guidelines and compliance requirements within a professional services or legal environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, problem-solving approach

Are you an experienced legal billing professional looking for your next challenge? Do you have strong knowledge of e-Billing platforms, billing compliance, and stakeholder management? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're recruiting for an e-Billing Analyst to join a highly successful international professional services organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative finance team, supporting the end-to-end e-Billing process across multiple offices and jurisdictions.

The Role

Working closely with the Finance and Billing teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of invoices through a variety of client e-Billing platforms. You'll be responsible for managing billing processes, resolving invoice queries and rejections, and providing support and training to stakeholders across the business.
