Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced e-Billing Analyst to join a growing international professional services organisation. You will manage end-to-end e-Billing processes across multiple offices and ensure invoices are submitted accurately and on time.

In this hybrid role, you will work closely with Finance and Billing teams, support training across locations, and drive improvements to billing processes and controls.

We're recruiting for an e-Billing Analyst to join a highly successful international professional services organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative finance team, supporting the end-to-end e-Billing process across multiple offices and jurisdictions.

The Role

Working closely with the Finance and Billing teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of invoices through a variety of client e-Billing platforms. You'll be responsible for managing billing processes, resolving invoice queries and rejections, and providing support and training to stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
