Our Restaurant Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our restaurants — providing tasty food, ensuring food hygiene, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

1. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with various transactions in-store.
2. Driving sales through customer interactions while promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
3. Assisting with customer queries using strong product knowledge, including allergies and dietary requirements.
4. Collaborating with your team to maintain cleanliness and store upkeep.
5. Performing various tasks on the shopfloor and other store areas as required, such as stock management, cash handling, till work, car deliveries, stock control routines, and restaurant service — an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and gain experience.
