Job Description:

I am working with an exciting client who is looking for an HR Technology Manager to join their established consulting team.

You must have experience working with one of the leading technologies (Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.) at a consulting firm.

My client is looking for someone who has:

• Transferable consulting skills with a strong focus on the technical, data, and integration understanding of an HR Transformation programme
• Experience working across a programme lifecycle from strategy, architecture, business case advisory, through to implementation execution (e.g., leading a workstream)
• Depth of experience in the technical side of an implementation including:

- Technical architecture

- Data: understanding the importance of data and activities to optimize data positioning, and how data and integration flow together

- Workstream management

- Test planning and execution

- Cutover planning and execution

- Integration strategy and execution

You must be able to start immediately with strong consulting skills and have multi-client and tech experience.
