You will have the unique opportunity to shape business development strategy in a high-end design environment. This position offers exceptional exposure to luxury property markets globally, with projects spanning London, Europe and the Middle East. You'll build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and prestigious organisations across multiple luxury sectors. Key responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across markets, clients, partnerships and service offerings
  • Manage and develop the existing database
  • Create compelling presentation materials and pitch effectively to new and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential areas for business expansion
  • Attend industry events to build relationships and stay current with emerging trends
  • Collaborate with marketing to align business development activities and create effective collateral
  • Conduct property searches for clients including consultations, feasibility studies and negotiations
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role with a background in luxury sectors such as high-end jewellery, yacht sales, private jet charter, financial services, private banking, portfolio management or family office management
  • Proven track record in business development or sales with experience managing account plans and opportunity pipelines
  • Established network of high-net-worth individuals and valuable industry contacts
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to represent a luxury brand
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis
  • Tenacious approach with the ability to think outside the box to generate business
