Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Home Based (with good access to main travel routes) Required to travel.

Main Purpose of the Role

To drive new business growth by targeting a regional portfolio of estate agents and securing revenue generating accounts for the Dezrez Group’s premium conveyancing services. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and cultivating strong senior-level relationships with prospective clients to effectively promote and sell our services. You will be responsible for meeting ambitious financial targets and uncovering wider business opportunities within target accounts, actively collaborating with colleagues across the Group to share and develop cross-specialism leads.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new, profitable business opportunities within the target market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target estate agencies.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets as set by the Board and Line Manager.
  • Ensure all sales opportunities are fully identified, explored, and documented.
  • Deliver measurable return on investment (ROI) from all sales activities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle professionally—from lead generation and qualification through to meetings, proposals, negotiations, closing deals, and handover to the Account Management team.
  • Build, maintain, and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded and updated within the CRM system.
  • Provide prompt, professional responses and exceptional service to all client enquiries.
  • Conduct in-depth research into prospects’ products, markets, competitors, and strategic goals to tailor recommendations that demonstrate how Dezrezlegal can meet their needs and deliver ROI.
  • Produce high-quality written proposals and communications that adhere to Dezrez’s brand standards and tone of voice.
  • Respond to requests for proposals and other information requests in a timely, structured, and professional manner.
  • Attend meetings with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders as required, representing the Dezrez Group with professionalism and credibility.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the Dezrez Group to ensure a unified and customer-focused approach.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Follow quality management procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the estate agency sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business and generating repeat clients.
  • Active use of LinkedIn for business networking.
  • Basic understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Proficient in basic IT tasks, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems.
