Position Overview

They are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to promote and raise awareness of their ultra-luxury property across the UK. This role offers a unique opportunity for a commercially savvy and well-connected individual to develop sales strategies and drive growth within the UHNW market.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Build relationships with top-tier luxury tour operators, UHNW concierge services, and private travel agents.
  2. Represent the brand at elite industry events and webinars across the UK and Europe.
  3. Create and manage marketing activations to support revenue growth.
  4. Generate proposals and close deals effectively.
  5. Oversee CRM management to track and nurture valuable relationships.
  6. Coordinate with digital marketing, social media, SEO, and PR campaigns as an internal client.
  7. Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and market analysis.
  8. Travel occasionally to the Southern Hemisphere to host VIP guests or oversee client arrivals.
  9. Develop product, pricing, and inventory strategies to maximize profitability.
Experience Requirements
  1. Proven success in a senior business development or sales role representing resorts or properties targeting UHNW audiences.
  2. Established network within UHNW concierge services and high-end tour operators across the UK and Europe.
  3. Track record of increasing brand awareness and revenue in ultra-luxury sectors such as hotels, lodges, superyachts, etc.
  4. Experience with CRM systems and strategic planning.
  5. Flexible mindset with the ability to support seasonal operations and travel internationally as needed.
