Job Mission

We are seeking passionate individuals to help grow our Business in the UK, focusing on our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. As the New Business & Development Manager – Midlands, you will develop the [ Comfort Zone ] & Skin Regimen Lx Business, focusing on expanding our presence through new spa partnerships and nurturing existing ones, aligned with our brand standards and sustainability commitments.

Responsibilities
  • Understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competition for [ comfort zone ] & Skin Regimen Lx.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet budget targets.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across various sectors, considering brand integrity and strategic fit.
  • Secure meetings, convert prospects into partnerships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Develop strategic plans to grow accounts and meet sales targets.
  • Manage stock levels and develop sell-through strategies.
  • Organize and host promotional events and training sessions.
  • Identify additional business opportunities outside current markets.
  • Represent CZ/SR at trade shows, presentations, and market research activities.
Candidate Profile
  • Extensive industry knowledge, especially in skincare, beauty, and spa sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in developing accounts and winning new business.
  • Qualified in spa or beauty therapy.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, and business-savvy.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing goals.
  • Valid driving license is essential.
Location

This role covers the Midlands region, including Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, West Midlands, Northants, Rutland, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, North Wales, and requires working alongside the Regional Spa Trainer.
