Global technology consultancy BBGC is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our UK Team.

We are a global technology consultancy firm with offices in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the USA. We deliver business benefits through innovation by leveraging cutting-edge technology-led solutions delivered by a team of skilled professionals, from sustainable software development to cloud services and operational excellence strategy. Our extensive expertise includes Capital Markets, particularly in Trading and Risk Management functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Drive new business wins, develop proposals, and create and execute sales strategies. Lead negotiations and close opportunities.
  2. Financial Management: Manage operations across multiple accounts, understand procurement processes, and work across various client industries and sizes.
  3. Industry Experience: Demonstrate expertise, passion, and thought leadership in transforming the consulting and technology industry.
  4. Client Relationships: Collaborate closely with internal business leaders and manage client partnerships at the C-level, mitigating risks when issues arise.
  5. Portfolio Management: Develop high-complexity, multi-market account plans.
  6. Public Relations: Promote BBGC via social media and industry events, including speaking engagements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a business development role within a technology services or consultancy firm.
  • Relevant experience in the technology industry, either in-house or consulting.
  • Proven experience managing sales for complex digital transformation programs involving people, processes, and technology.
  • Hands-on contract negotiation experience with NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong English writing skills and experience creating compelling client presentations.
  • Experience overseeing client engagements and influencing stakeholders and consultants to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Awareness of industry best practices and thought leadership.
