We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our high performing and ambitious group-wide Business Development team, with specific responsibility for the security guarding division. You will support sales and marketing processes administratively.
To be considered, you should have a proven track record in the services sector, be results-driven, innovative, and have 3-5 years’ sales experience, preferably in the Security Industry. An understanding of customer service, frontline operations, and British Standards would be beneficial.
You will generate new leads, manage the full business development cycle, and develop relationships with new customers. You should demonstrate success and experience in achieving targets.
