Job description

Overall responsibility for identifying and delivering new business opportunities within the target customer base, aiming to be part of a successful team that drives the company's expansion and growth.

The post holder must establish and maintain strong relationships internally and externally to stay at the forefront of new opportunities and produce compelling proposals that meet customer needs. The role focuses on the Primary and Secondary Care sectors in the UK (Private and NHS).

Location: Home / field-based role in the Northern/Midlands region, with travel to client sites and company offices as required.

Main duties of the job
  1. Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  2. Creating plans and strategies to successfully reach new opportunities
  3. Building relationships with new clients, understanding their needs, and developing proposals
  4. Attending conferences and events to network and stay updated on industry trends
  5. Creating sales forecasts and working towards achieving them
  6. Understanding the company's services, industry competition, and positioning
  7. Working towards Sales KPIs with financial targets
  8. Building strong internal relationships for a coordinated customer approach
  9. Demonstrating outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  10. Being highly organized to meet deadlines
  11. Managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Understanding of the independent/private healthcare sector
  • Understanding of commissioning services within the Care sector (NHS and Private)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the Mobile Diagnostic sector
  • Based in the Northern/Midlands Region
