Join a leading learning company as a GCE Politics Examiner, where your expertise will help shape the future of education. In this role, you'll mark candidates' responses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards, while working under the guidance of a supportive team. The position allows for flexibility, with the option to mark from home using ePEN, and requires a strong subject knowledge to apply the mark scheme effectively. This opportunity not only enhances your teaching credentials but also contributes to a mission of educational excellence and inclusivity. If you're passionate about education and ready to make a difference, this role is for you.
A GCE Politics (2017 Specification) Examiner marks candidates' responses in accordance with the pre-defined mark scheme, whilst adhering to conditions of recognition and examination procedures. Most subjects will be marked onscreen using ePEN, which can be done from home. A few subjects are still marked in the traditional method, using paper scripts sent through the post. A high level of subject knowledge is necessary in order to apply the mark scheme. Each examiner will receive an agreed allocation of scripts.
