Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd. is seeking a Service Controller for their Earth Moving After Sales Department in Weston.

The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating repairs, parts and services with Field Service Engineers and internal teams, ensuring timely completion and invoicing. You will support the After Sales Manager, handle inbound calls, arrange parts/labour/resources, raise orders, and identify additional sales opportunities while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in service-related activities within a similar industry.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Good communicator at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist the After Sales Manager to support the Service Department.
• Be the first point of contact for inbound service calls and enquiries.
• Coordinate parts, labour, tooling, and resources for service/repair work.
• Raise and process Sales Orders, Work Orders, Purchase Requests and Supplier Invoices.
• Close jobs promptly with clear cost justification and manage WIP for prompt invoicing.
• Liaise with customers to schedule jobs and communicate updates.
