Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths preferred.
• No prior logistics or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels.
• Assist with quotations and general service enquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pricing teams to progress opportunities.
• Follow up customer requests and provide timely responses.
• Assist with collections activity and billing administration.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure issues are closed out.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Learn about DHL Express products, services and sales processes.
