Job summary

Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) is recruiting an experienced Trainer Assessor to join the Early Years team at the Stretford Campus. The role focuses on supporting learners to complete qualifications, including workplace assessment and marking.

You will manage apprenticeship paperwork, onboarding and exam registration, and use OneFile and college systems to track progress. Travel to learner sites is required, and you will contribute to internal quality assurance to maintain high

Qualifications

• Minimum L3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification.
• Assessor qualification.
• GCSE 4+/FS L2 in maths and English.
• Driving licence and access to a car for learner visits.
• Experience in Early Years and apprenticeship settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess learners in the workplace to support qualification completion and marking.
• Support apprentices and employers, and handle apprenticeship paperwork.
• Use OneFile and college systems to track learner progress.
• Manage onboarding and exam registration for learners.
• Participate in internal quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
