Job summary
The Trafford and Stockport College Group (TSCG) is seeking an AM2 Centre Assessor to deliver, assess and quality assure AM2-related training for apprentices and learners at our Stretford campus. You will coach, provide feedback, and ensure learners are prepared for final assessment in line with industry standards.
We require substantialElectrical Installation experience, strong communication, and commitment to learner success.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience within the Electrical Installation sector.
- Excellent technical knowledge and communication skills.
- Passion for supporting learners to achieve occupational competence and career success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess AM2 and associated practical assessments.
- Support learners through coaching, reviews and progress monitoring.
- Maintain safe, compliant workshop environments.
- Complete accurate assessment and learner documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance and standardisation activities.
- Support learner recruitment, enrolment and employer engagement.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
