St George's Nursery in Leicester is seeking an experienced early years professional to lead one of our nursery rooms and develop leadership skills while continuing to make a real difference to children's learning and development.

You'll work closely with the management team to create a positive, engaging environment where children feel secure, supported and excited to learn every day, with ongoing training and clear progression opportunities.

Competenze

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring colleagues is beneficial but not essential.

At St George's Nursery, we're looking for an experienced early years professional to take the lead within one of our nursery rooms. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to build their leadership skills while continuing to make a real difference to children's learning and development.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive approach to teamwork and supporting others.
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring colleagues is beneficial but not essential.
