Job summary

Protocol Education is partnering with nurseries in BS6 to recruit Nursery Assistants, Early Years Practitioners and Learning Support Staff who are caring, reliable and flexible. You will help children aged 2 to 5 in EYFS and early KS1, supporting play, routines and early literacy/ numeracy foundations.

We offer flexible work locations, weekly pay, and dedicated consultants. The role involves teamwork, safeguarding and helping young children build confidence each day.

Qualifications

• Patience and warmth when supporting young children.
• Ability to model positive behaviour and routines.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support children in EYFS and early KS1, one-to-one or small groups.
• Assist with play-based learning, phonics foundations, and number awareness.
